Nathan Stivers
Nathan Stivers is the owner and founder of Stivers Strength gym in Lexington, Ky where he resides with his beautiful wife and three lovely daughters.
He’s been lifting weights for over 25 years since he first witnessed his father training in their family garage.
Physical training has always played a huge role in his life and he’s competed in multiple sports including powerlifting, strongman, wrestling, jiu jitsu, and more.
After completing his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Georgetown College in 2008 he began working as a personal trainer to people from all walks of life.
In 2012 he opened Stivers Strength Gym and his mission is to help people build strong, resilient, healthy bodies that will allow them to live the highest quality of life possible.
He is particularly interested in helping people over 50 maintain muscle and bone density & using physical training to achieve sound mental health in our modern world.

Kaitlin Salkeld
Kaitlin is a passionate fitness enthusiast and a dedicated professional with a strong background in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology – Exercise Science from the University of Kentucky, Kaitlin is currently pursuing her Master of Science with the University of Florida to further enhance her knowledge in the profession.
As a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach, she thrives on motivating others to achieve their fitness goals, always pushing them to conquer that one extra rep.
Her commitment to both training and nutrition helps her clients achieve the best version of themselves to reach their potential, one step at a time.
Hunter Fryman
Hunter Fryman is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and has been a strength coach for the past 6 years at Stivers Strength Gym.
He holds a bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Georgetown College and has competed in powerlifting at the national level as well as being a KY state record holder. His best lifts are a 765lb deadlift, 420lb bench and a 667lb squat.
Hunter got into lifting to challenge himself physically and mentally and fell in love with seeing what the human body is capable of.
He loves to see the physical changes of strength and health in a persons life as well as the increased confidence and mental benefits of training.
His favorite part of coaching is getting to see how people lives are improved both in the gym and at home and work as well as the relationships that are built with clients over time.
